Booking & Check-in
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be available on request, subject to availability – please contact us in advance if you plan to arrive earlier.
Cancellation Policy

Parking
Complimentary parking is available to all guests in the underground parking of Capitol Mall (level -3), with direct access to the suites.
Pets
Capitol Suites is pet-friendly, with no additional charge for guests travelling with pets.
Breakfast
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. A restaurant is located next to the hotel entrance where guests can order breakfast separately.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat the suites, staff and other guests with respect. Capitol Suites reserves the right to refuse service or end a stay in cases of serious misconduct, damage to property, or violation of these terms.
Liability
Capitol Suites is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except where required by applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia.
